Notice period

Recurring services need 30 days' written notice to cancel, unless your agreement says otherwise. Project and consultancy work follows whatever is set out in your agreement.

Your data

We keep your data for 30 days after termination so you can retrieve it, then it is securely deleted under our Data Retention Policy. Backing it up before you leave is your responsibility. We can export it for you for a reasonable fee.

Refunds

Fees for services already delivered are not refundable. If you cancel partway through a billing period, we do not refund the remainder unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We consider refund requests case by case.

How to actually do it

Get in touch and tell us you want to cancel. We will confirm your notice period and last billing date in writing.

Do you make cancellation difficult?

What happens to my backups after I leave?
