A huge amount of software you would otherwise pay a per-seat SaaS subscription for has a genuine, actively maintained open source alternative. We deploy, configure, and manage these applications on our own UK infrastructure, and handle everything from initial setup to ongoing maintenance, patching, and backups. Examples include Zulip for team messaging, Outline for internal documentation and knowledge bases, and Nextcloud for file storage and collaboration.
