How do I buy a domain?
Search above, press Buy, fill in your business's details and pay by card. We register the domain as soon as the payment arrives, normally within a few minutes, and email you when it is done. We sell to businesses only.
How do renewals work?
Domains are registered for one year at a time. Each year we invoice the renewal 30 days before the domain expires and renew it once the invoice is paid. We never renew a domain that has not been paid for.
Can I get a refund?
No. A registration is paid to the registry straight away, so it cannot be refunded once it is made. Check the spelling before you pay.
How do I change DNS records or nameservers?
Open your domain panel, enter the domain and the email address on your order, and we email you a sign-in link. You can add and remove records, switch to your own nameservers, or stop the domain renewing.
Why did I get an email asking me to verify my address?
For .com and the other endings that are not .uk, such as .net, .org, .shop or .dev, the rules require the owner's email address to be confirmed. Press the link in that email within 15 days, or the domain stops working until you do.
Why do .dev and .app websites need HTTPS?
Browsers only open .dev and .app websites over a secure HTTPS connection, so the site needs a certificate.
Can I move a domain I already have to you?
Not online yet. Get in touch and we will move it for you.
